Harmoniepark is a boundless synthesis of music, poetry and graphic arts. For this project, music group La Luna has co-operated as a composers’ collective with upcoming and established poets from all over Europe. A new territory, fully in line with her ongoing search for the beauty of other languages, cultures and musical styles.

Graphic artist Mieke de Haan took care of the visual element in this project, letting herself be inspired by the poems and music. With paint-brush and pencil, she created the images for this special cd issue.

On Harmoniepark, La Luna plays and sings the poems of: Mary O’ Malley (Ireland), Alexis de Roode (The Netherlands), Ioan Vieru (Rumania), Davide Rondoni (Italy), Rui Lage (Portugal), Bart Moeyaert (Belgium), Silke Scheuermann (Germany), Felipe Benítez Reyes (Spain), Olga Arefieva (Russia) and Clément Gamero (France).
